For Symptoms associated with COVID-19, our second time donation for the Burmese people:

1. One Cobas 6800 analyzers (made in Switzerland) that can automatically, quickly, and efficiently test for COVID-19.

2. A reagent (made in the U.S.) that can detect diseases in over 1100 people alongside the Cobas 6800 analyzer.

3. The donation for the renovation (including air-con and lab fixtures and fittings) of the National Health Laboratory’s (NHL) Virology Lab

..... was worth 835.2 million kyats. This sum of money was donated today (Sunday, April 5th, 2020) to the National COVID-19 Central Committee (which is dedicated to protecting and curing citizens from and managing COVID-19). The analyzer and reagent have been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA), and immediately after this approval, we’ve tried to import these products to Myanmar. We deeply thank and appreciate Roche Diagnostics, the employees of AA Medical Products Ltd. (Myanmar’s leading distributor), NHL officials, the Ministry of Health and Sports for their care during this COVID-19 period. AA Medical Products Ltd is very happy and honoured that our both donations (worth 885.2 million kyats) within a month can be a help for the healthcare of Myanmar people and our mother land.🙏🙏🙏
