All our machines have cover to prevent unexpected injury during operation. And also they have interlock system which shut down the machine automatically when the cover is open.
We provide personnel protective equipment like hard hat, eye spectacle, ear muff, mask, glove and safety shoes, etc.
Environment
We care about the environment of PMI area.
We aim to minimize the environmental impact of our products at every stage.
We have systematic garbage storage area to discard our wastes by classifying into 4 groups: General Waste, Special Waste, Pharmaceutical Waste.
We also have installed Dust Collecting System and Waste Water Treatment Plant.
We maintained our machines ( Boilers and Diesel Generator ) regularly to reduce smoke emission.

All the machines are properly maintained and calibrated periodically according to PMI SOP.
Machines design and layout are decided to minimize risk of errors and to perform effective cleaning and maintenance to avoid cross-contamination.
All the machines are cleaned under validated cleaning procedures.
